In a world where leadership comes in diverse forms, women bring particularly unique perspectives and skills to the leadership landscape. But how does female leadership differ? Are there specific leadership concepts that are particularly well-suited for women?
The program LARINE enables a deep dive into diverse leadership issues and offers much more than just answers. It promotes your personal and professional development as a leader.
STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAMME
Programme Duration: March 2026 - March 2028
The Foundation - Orientation and Alignment
Orientation I Goal Setting I NetworkingWhat does good leadership mean today?
Do women lead differently than men?
Which expectations, role models, and tensions do women experience in leadership positions – particularly in academia? These and many other questions mark the beginning of your learning journey in the LARINE programme. You will gain well-founded insights into current leadership research and develop a clear understanding of what contemporary leadership entails – and how you can consciously, effectively, and sustainably build your leadership competencies.
You will define your own development goals and pursue them consistently, supported by a strong network and the exchange with other women in leadership roles.
Most important to know upfront:
Good leaders are not born – they are developed.
Leadership is a profession that can be learned, reflected upon, and continuously strengthened.Mandatory Framework:

Mindset | Values | Self-LeadershipEffective leadership begins within.
Before leading others, you turn your attention to yourself:
How do I want to lead?
What values, inner drivers, and beliefs guide my actions as a leader?
What gives me orientation and inner confidence in my leadership role?In this phase, you engage deeply with your leadership identity – beyond expectations, traditional role models, and external attributions. You gain inner clarity and develop a conscious leadership profile that provides orientation and strengthens your ability to act with confidence.
Healthy and effective leadership starts with self-leadership.
