Leadership in science
The following courses are offered through the Onboarding of Professors programme. Their purpose is to provide support to newly appointed professors who are learning the ropes of “leadership” for the first time. They are interactive and enable participants to acquire and deepen their knowledge of employee management and to reflect on their own role.
The seminars take place during the lecture-free period.
