As a professional trainer, you are firmly established in life, have years of on-the-job experience and are responsible for training young people at the University of Münster as they begin their careers. A modern-day, corporate training programme rests on a pool of qualified trainers and coaches who possess an enormous amount of expertise and a diverse array of key qualifications. And even trainers need training – for the content of dual education is constantly changing.

Trainers should be well-prepared for their task and must continuously obtain further qualification to keep their skills up to date. This makes it all the more important to take preparatory and qualification-based courses to train employees in the commercial and industrial/technical trades, as well as in office management at the University of Münster. Building and expanding one’s coaching skills is the central objective of the courses for professional trainers.

For professional trainees at the University of Münster, there are a number of in-service training courses for office management staff, obligatory industry-wide training courses in the trades and crafts, as well as numerous voluntary continuing education possibilities. The goal of our courses for professional trainees is to help them develop their personality, provide optimal preparation for working life and managing challenges beyond the scope of professional training.
