MINT Mentoring Programme for Master's students

The Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science offers a mentoring programme to all students of under-represented groups working on their Master's thesis in mathematics or computer science. A mentoring group consists of a female doctoral or postdoctoral researcher as a mentor and three students as mentees. In group or individual meetings mentees learn from the mentor's experiences. In particular, the mentees are supported in writing their Master's thesis, in career planning and in developing skills and competencies.
