Digital Math Night

We invite you to an afternoon, evening, and night full of mathematics! Researchers from the Mathematics Clusters of Excellence from Berlin, Bonn, and Münster will showcase the diversity and fascination of mathematics in online workshops and talks. You can join from  home - no registration required. The next digital "Mathenacht" will take place on 28 November 2025. (in German)

Public lecture series "Brücken in der Mathematik"

We regularly invite everybody who is interested to our public lecture series "Brücken in der Mathematik" (Bridges in Mathematics). On 2 July 2025, Prof. Dr. Lisa Sauermann (University of Bonn) gave a talk on "Von Regenbogen-Kreisen und dem Zufall in der Kombinatorik".

Maths Trail Münster

The Maths Trail Münster offers fascinating insights into Münster's history combined with mathematical puzzles. The challenges are designed for students from grade 7 and up, but younger and older participants are also invited to join the adventure. The tour can be started at any time, tailored to your preferences—and the weather! (in German)

International Day of Mathematics

Every year on 14 March ("Pi Day"), the International Day of Mathematics is celebrated worldwide — and we are joining in! We invite the public to participate in our annual workshops and activities, which will be announced about a month in advance.
