After an exam
Examiners post exam grades on QISPOS or SLCM once the assessment process is completed. Grading deadlines are defined in the relevant examination regulations.
Students have the right to review their examinations after grading. They are responsible for actively requesting this themselves.
For large exams that are centrally organized by the English Department, the review must be requested through the English Department Exams Office (Modulprüfungsbüro). For all other types of assessments, the review is arranged directly with the respective examiners.
Photographs or photocopies taken during the review must not be shared via digital media services, cloud storage platforms, or similar means. Such distribution would constitute a violation of copyright.
If students wish to file an appeal against the grading of an examination, the appeal must be submitted to Examination Office (Prüfungsamt I) in writing. Please note that an appeal procedure may take up to three months and is usually conducted entirely in writing, based solely on the existing documents.
