© Tabitha Jaeger The Universidad de Guadalajara (UdG) is a public university in Guadalajara, Mexico. The university is organised into several centres, located in the Guadalajara Metropolitan region and eight regions of Jalisco, each offering different study programmes.
The city of Guadalajara is also known as the "Silicon Valley" of Mexico, as a large number of well-known companies have their headquarters in the city.
The university offers courses for both Bachelor and Master students.

UdG does not offer free Spanish language courses, but usually organises Spanish courses for which a fee is charged.

© Unsplash - Peter Gomez The Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo (UAEH) was founded in 1869 in Pachuca de Soto and is a public institution of higher, middle and post-graduate education in the state of Hidalgo, Mexico. UAEH offers one hundred and fourteen educational programmes: Bachelor's, Specialisation, Master's and Doctoral programmes, with an average of around 50,000 students per academic year.
UAEH has facilities in nineteen municipalities in the state of Hidalgo; its headquarters are located in Pachuca de Soto, where the central offices and various university facilities are also located.
The university is particularly suitable for Bachelor and Master students of the humanities and social sciences, economics and management, medicine, biology and agricultural sciences.
