The commands
sudo apt-get install -y ca-certificates
sudo wget https://www.uni-muenster.de/imperia/md/content/ziv/anleitungen/universitaet_muenster_secure_web_gateway.crt -P /usr/local/share/ca-certificates/
sudo update-ca-certificates
The root-Certificate for Debian-/Ubuntu-based systems will be downloaded to the correct location and the Certificate-store will be updated.
The instructions are now complete. Please note that the proxy does not work outside the university. Theoretically, you can also use the proxy on private computers. However, please note that you only activate the proxy when you are connected to the VPN.
