Unified Communication

Service: Unified Communication (UC) allows you to centrally use and administrate your university communications services (e.g. telephony, fax, e-mail, SMS). UC Webclient and the OpenScape Mobile App give you worldwide access at all times. Additional functions include webphone, call forwarding, voicemail, call list, directory, fax, SMS

Target Group: employees

Usage Costs: free of charge

Requirement: The latest version of the Chrome browser

Activation: via e-mail to km@uni-muenster.de (Please include your name, university telephone number and university ID.)

Note: You must log on to the UC web client with "Your University-ID@wwu.de".

Chrome is only recommended as browser in latest version.

Also note that call forwarding works differently in the UC than directly on the telephone (see manual below).
