Studying in Israel
“Studium in Israel” is a program supported by the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKD) that enables students each year to spend a year studying at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Participants have the opportunity to learn Hebrew, immerse themselves in Jewish-Israeli culture, and explore topics related to Christian-Jewish dialogue. Find out more on the program’s website.
The “Theological Study Year in Jerusalem” gives German students the opportunity to get to know the country and biblical studies in greater depth through intensive seminars, lectures, and numerous field trips. During their stay in Jerusalem, the students form a residential and learning community at the study center “Beit Josef,” located on the edge of Jerusalem’s Old City. Find out more here.
Exchange Programmes Worldwide
The University of Münster also has exchange agreements with universities around the world at the central university level. These partner universities offer study exchange opportunities across different academic disciplines through the University of Münster’s International Office.
In addition, you have the opportunity to study abroad as a freemover, independently of the university’s partner network. However, there are certain things you should keep in mind when planning your stay abroad as a freemover.
