For meetings with more than two participants, the video quality of WWUzoom meetings is reduced by default. However, if you are transmitting slides or the like with a lot of information, it is a good idea to increase the video quality so that the participants can see it clearly.
Requirement: camera with HD resolution
Open the WWUzoom client and click the settings icon.
In the settings, click on "Video" and check the box "Activate HD". Your video will now be transmitted in 720p HD. If you need an even higher resolution, follow the further steps of the instructions.
To activate 1080p HD you need to log in to your WWUzoom account. Go to https://wwu.zoom.us and click on "Anmelden" ("Login").
You will get to the Münster University login page. Enter your WWU ID and your WWU password and click on "LOGIN".
You are now in your WWUzoom account. Click on "Settings" and select "Meetings". Go to the "In Meeting (Advanced)" section. The option "Group HD Video" should already be activated. Now select "Full HD (1080P)".
