International researchers & staff

The University of Münster provides comprehensive support to international researchers and host faculties in planning and carrying out research stays. First point of contact for all matters is the Researchers and Staff department of the International Office. Our work focuses on attracting and retaining international talent; informing and advising international researchers and host units; and promoting staff mobility to strengthen international networks. These measures enable successful international research collaborations and enhance the global visibility of the University of Münster.

Research Alumni Network

Hosted by the ‚Researchers & Staff‘ department of the International Office, the Research Alumni Strategy (RE.AL) at the University of Münster facilitates ongoing networking of international research alumni through exceptional and sustainable activities, aimed at building and maintaining a global research community.

Research marketing and scholarships

The Research Marketing Activities are key component of the University of Münster's mission to attract and retain top talents from around the world and vise versa. Thus, all fellowships provide researchers and scholars with the opportunity to pursue their research interests at university's various departments.

Der Bereich Personalmobilität ermöglicht sämtlichen Forschenden und Mitarbeitenden der Universität Münster, sich im Ausland weiterzubilden sowie auf internationaler Ebene ihre Expertise zu teilen. Somit trägt es mit seinem Portfolio sowohl zur beruflichen und persönlichen Entwicklung der Hochschulangehörigen als auch zur Internationalisierung, Qualität und Attraktivität der Universität Münster bei.
