  With this form, the institute and faculty provide declarations on basic equipment and, if applicable, an own contribution.

  With this form, the project leader provides declarations on the War Weapons Control Act and on facts relevant to subsidies.

• Personnel cost calculator: SAFIR provides you with a personnel cost calculator that you can use for your orientation. The table allows you to calculate personnel costs according to TV-L, according to DFG and for research assistants.

    The Personnel cost calculator takes into account the results of the TV-L 2025 collective bargaining round.
    Hourly rates for research assistants are expected to increase in April 2026. We will provide you with the updated personnel cost calculator as soon as possible.
