Extracurricular Studies

For the recognition of extracurricular studies, please submit the following documents to the Examination Office:

1. Individual cooperation agreement
2. Evidence of achievement of the relevant subjects
3. Recognition form

Please submit these documents in full after enrolling in the corresponding course of study.
