Research is a marathon, not a sprint. This interactive workshop offers practical strategies and reflective exercises to help you sustain motivation, overcome common challenges and make progress in your research and writing.
Topics covered include:
- How to set clear, achievable goals and manage competing priorities
- Strategies for overcoming procrastination and maintaining momentum, especially during long projects or text revision
- Ways to balance research, writing, and personal life
- How to handle setbacks, rejections, and negative feedback constructively
- Building a support network and seeking help when needed
- Instruments and habits for productivity, focus and self-care
