Idea mining at the Innovation Office (AFO)

The "idea mining" operations by the Innovation Office (AFO) at the University of Münster provide creative, innovative and rather unconventional problem-solving approaches. In various workshops, the AFO helps companies and institutions unearth solutions which often lie hidden beneath the jungle of their daily work routines.

Career Talk

At the career networking fair "Career Talk", students and graduates in all faculties and semesters have the opportunity to speak with selected employers about their career perspectives. The event includes an extensive accompanying programme on launching a career and applying for jobs in Germany and abroad.

Münster University International Model United Nations (MUIMUN)

Every year the University of Münster participates in numerous international congresses and conferences. Some 200 students from around the world travel to Münster each year for the "Münster University International Model United Nations" (MUIMUN) to discuss current international problems and explore the mechanisms of an international problem-solving strategy.

Münster's experimental laboratory MExLab ExperiMINTe

Münster's experimental laboratory MExLab ExperiMINTe is the umbrella organisation for STEM experimental labs at the University of Münster and serves as a platform for a broad range of funding programmes targeted at junior researchers in the fields of natural science and technology. MExLab focuses on experimental activities which are currently being developed in cutting-edge research at the University and demonstrate how diverse and fascinating STEM research can be.

zdi Centre m3 – STEM | Münster | Münsterland

The zdi Centre m3 – STEM | Münster | Münsterland is a joint network of regional businesses, public institutions, local policymakers, educational facilities and schools. It represents a partnership-based platform that strives to generate interest in STEM professions and themes in the Münsterland region. The Centre is financed by the University of Münster and the Münster University of Applied Sciences, and the network is supported by the project "Zukunft durch Innovation" (zdi) of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
