Before that she studied at Czech Technical University, Trinity College Dublin and the University of Groningen. At the University of Münster she is researching the influence of temperature on the internal clock in fruit flies in Prof. Dr. Stanewsky's lab. After completing her doctorate at the University of Paris XI, Orsay in France, Angélique gained research experience at the Institute of Neurology at University College London (England) and at T. Mária's research focuses primarily on developing educational concepts relating to topics such as sustainibility. Mária completed her doctorate at the University Autónoma in Madrid and gained research experience at the University of Southampton, England, among others. She spent a month researching at the chair of Prof. Dr. Gabriele Schrüfer at the Institute of Geographical Didactics at the University of Münster.
