Registration procedure for the written module final examinations

Written module final exams must be registered via QISPOS / SAP SLcM. Deviating from the general application period, there may be changed application deadlines in some degree programmes. This concerns the following courses of study:

Registration procedure for oral module final examinations

In most cases, oral examinations are registered via a registration form at the Examination Office. If your degree program is administered via SAP SLcM, you can register for the oral exams online. In the Teaching Department of Mathematics, registration for oral exams is open via Qispos. In the Faculty of Biology, oral examinations are organised in the subject.


Department of Biology

In accordance with the examination regulations, all degree-relevant examinations administered in the subject area of biology in a given semester:

  • must be completed during that semester and may not be spread out over multiple semesters
  • must be registered in QISPOS

Oral final module examinations

In the module “Genetics/Cell Biology/Physiology” in the Bachelor of Biosciences (BSc) programme, oral final module examinations are organised within the department.

Procedure

  1. The oral exam is registered in the QISPOS system.
  2. The date of the examination is scheduled by the department. This means that you will be notified when your oral examination will take place and who your examiner will be.
  3. You are informed about the date of the examination in a timely manner.
  4. The examination protocol is forwarded to the Examinations Office following the exam and the grade is entered into the QISPOS system.
