Music in film
1st mensch.musik.festival

on November 7 and 8, 2015

Many thanks to all visitors of the mensch.musik.festival 2015 for their enthusiasm and the many appreciative words as well as to all musically and organizationally involved for a great festival premiere!

The Westfälische Nachrichten also think that the start of the mensch.musik.festival, which will take place annually from now on, was a complete success: read the report on the gala concert evening for the festival opening and the two-day mensch.musik.festival 2015.

The first mensch.musik.festival of the University of Music will take place in 2015 under the motto "Music in Film". From now on, once a year in the fall, the University of Music wants to present itself as a "Gesamtkunstwerk" with the entire diversity of its musical teaching and creative work. Two days of free classical, pop, rock, jazz and world music concerts, this year complemented by an exhibition of the pArt96 artists Sabine Klupsch, Theresa Potente and Sascha Unger, as well as activities and hospitality invite you to see and hear, stroll, marvel and socialize.

The rich concert program will be presented and commented by Prof. Dr. Götz Alsmann together with vocal student Maike Neunast and Prof. Stephan Froleyks, Vice Dean of the Academy of Music and head of the percussion department.

Admission is always free, donations are welcome! The rule is "Pay as much as you feel!"
