YAM Fellows showcase their research
On 27 June 2025, the two graduates of the Young African Mathematicians (YAM) Fellowship Programme, Herimamy T. Rafenomanantsoa and Joseline Doriane Simo Tekeu, presented the results of their research projects. Herimamy worked on "Amalgamated free product from the viewpoint of topology" during her year at Mathematics Münster, and Joseline researched "Shape derivative for the Dirichlet eigenvalue". Their projects were supervised and supported by Professor Johannes Ebert and Professor Christian Seis.
Following the presentations, they were awarded certificates for the successful completion of their academic year at Mathematics Münster.
