ERASMUS at the IfPol
Welcome to the website of the ERASMUS Office of the Institute for Political Science (IfPol) at the University of Münster. We appreciate your interest in going abroad — whether you are an IfPol student interested in spending an Erasmus semester at one of our partner universities, a student wishing to spend your Erasmus semester or even year with us in Münster, or a member of staff or faculty, interested in opportunities for teaching or staff mobility.
What is Erasmus+?
Erasmus+ is a program of the European Union and enables students from across Europe to study at universities in other European countries (or even beyond) for one or two semesters. Studying abroad allows you to gain a new perspective on your field of study, to improve your language skills, and to gain valuable cultural experience within Europe. An Erasmus+ stay is the ideal opportunity to broaden your horizons and discover cultures, societies, and politics in Europe from a new perspective.
If you would like to come to the IfPol in Münster for your Erasmus semester, you will find all the important information on the Incoming page.
If you are studying at the IfPol and would like to go abroad as an outgoing student through the IfPol, you will find further information on the Outgoing page.
General information about ERASMUS+, international opportunities for studying abroad, and information for international students about studying at the University of Münster are also available from the International Office.
