The University of Münster is strongly committed to ensuring its employees’ long-term motivation and health at the workplace. In addition to measures to improve one’s working conditions, the University also offers the following seminars, workshops and lectures as part of its Operational Health Management (OHM) programme to promote and strengthen mental well-being at work.
