DAAD Prize for international students

Social commitment is particularly valued in Germany. One special award for social commitment is the DAAD Prize. It is endowed with 1,000 euros. Foreign students who have shown remarkable social or cross-cultural commitment as well as good academic achievements can be nominated for the DAAD Prize.
