Genetic Basis and Molecular Mechanisms Underlying Plant-Pathogen Coevolution

Initiated by the Equal Opportunity Commission of the Faculty of Biology, a new faculty-wide lecture series features outstanding women in science. This series is dedicated to Prof. Dr. Gerti Dücker, who was in 1970 among the first female professors at the Faculty of Biology of the University of Münster and internationally renowned for being a pioneer in cognitive and behavioral biology. While these talks will be part of the regular institute colloquia, they will be announced faculty-wide and also to the students. After each talk, there will be a possibility for female students and staff members to meet the speaker with snacks and drinks being provided.
