Python is a general-purpose, commonly interpreted, higher-level programming language. It claims to promote an easy-to-read, concise programming style. This is achieved primarily by two measures. First, the language gets by with relatively few keywords, and second, the syntax is reduced and optimized for clarity.Support for Python 2 has ended. The final 2 version was 2.7.18 from April 20, 2020.However, there is diverse and extensive documentation on the switch and also tools that help with the migration or make it possible to write code that works with Python 2 and 3. Python 3.7 is also available for you as IVV Naturwissenschaften software.
