On Thursday (23-APR-2026), the lecture "Introduction to the administration of computers in the IVV Naturwissenschaften" will focus on the topic of
Workgroup Administration.
The presentation will be in german.
The lecture will take place in ComputerLab 745 of the Institute of Solid State Theory, Building IG1, Wilhelm-Klemm-Str. 10 starting at 10:15 am.
Modeling and simulation have become a key component of scientific and engineering research, complementing experimentation and theoretical analysis.
COMSOL Multiphysics is an extensible multiphysics simulation platform that supports the modeling and coupling of a wide range of physical phenomena, including electromagnetics, fluid flow, heat transfer, (electro)chemistry, mechanics, acoustics, and defining user-defined systems of partial differential equations. It is widely used by research groups in Münster and around the world.
Join us at the COMSOL Meeting at University of Münster to see how multiphysics simulation can support your work. You’ll get an overview of how the COMSOL® software is applied across different technical areas, meet members of the COMSOL community, and discuss your own simulation goals. This is an opportunity to exchange ideas and discover practical ways to move your research projects forward.
Detailed information can be found on Learnweb and the COMSOL events page.
