About the Institutional Review Board
The Institutional Review Board of the Faculty 10 - Mathematics and Computer Science - gives an opinion on the ethical justifiability of the goals and methods of an empirical research project involving human participants. Applications are submitted by the scientists responsible for the research project. In general, the institutional review board deals with research projects of scientists who are members of Faculty 10 of the University of Münster.
