In the winter semester 26/27, the new examination regulations for the Master of Education (PO 26) and the Master’s in Special Educational Needs will come into effect. Administration and academic record-keeping will be handled via SAP SlcM!

Important! SAP SLcM / QISPOS
Central registration period for all courses and examinations in QISPOS and SAP SLcM: 26 October 2026 to 15 December 2026.
What’s new/different in SAP SLcM?
Courses: As in QISPOS, all courses must be registered in SAP SLcM within the registration period (26 October 2026 to 15 December 2026).

Academic achievements: Unlike in QISPOS, all academic achievements must also be registered in SAP SLcM.
Written examinations (exams/assignments): 1. Exams and assignments must be registered in SAP SLcM within the central registration period (26 October 2026 to 15 December 2026). 2. In addition, a digital form must be submitted by 15 December 2026 at the latest in the Examinations Office (Deimann/Budde).Oral examinations: 1. Unlike in QISPOS, oral examinations in SAP SLcM must also be registered for within the central registration period (26 October 2026 to 15 December 2026). 2. In addition, a digital form must be submitted to the FB01 Examination Office (Deimann/Budde) two weeks before the examination date.
