The Münster-based student journal “Semesterspiegel”  focuses on the important topic of sustainability in its current issue – so, an interview with ZIN-spokeswoman Prof. Doris Fuchs had to be included!

From the answers to five questions, readers get exiting background information about the origins of the ZIN and its development to this day. Doris Fuchs explains the meaning of the interdisciplinary approach using concrete examples and additionally describes the center’s scientific, advisory and knowledge-transferring activities in detail. The ZIN-spokeswoman further elaborates on its cooperation with the city of Münster, on future publications and on how the ZIN tries to convey interesting new insights from sustainability research to a broad audience. She points out that the center would like to participate stronger in the sustainability activities of the University of Münster, which are currently rather weak.
