      You can open Phylip on every computer of IVV Naturwissenschaften from the start menu and the biology folder.

PHYLIP is a program package for inferring phylogenies (evolutionary trees). Methods available in the package include parsimony, distance matrix and likelihood methods, including bootstrapping and consensus trees. Data types that can be processed include molecular sequences, gene frequencies, restriction sites and fragments, distance matrices, and discrete characters.
