Chromas

  You can use Chromas via the terminal server nwzCitrix.

  You can open Chromas on every computer of IVV Naturwissenschaften from the start menu and the biology folder.
  

Chromas is an easy-to-use viewer and editor for chromatograms of Sanger sequences. It offers many format conversion options; including batch processing capabilities to process multiple files at once. It can use PeakTrace RP to enhance .ab1 files and extract higher quality bases.
