Are you interested in organizing events for students, working on committees and advising students - in short, in student council work? Then join us!

Since active student representatives leave us every year for the working world, we are constantly in need of new recruits. We are also normal students who listen to lectures, work on exercise notes, write exams and give seminar lectures. Student council work is therefore easily compatible with your studies and also has many advantages: You get to know nice people from all semesters, get interesting insights behind the scenes of the department, can participate in university politics and, of course, student council work is a lot of fun!

Since you're probably already eagerly waiting for it: Getting involved is easy! Just come to one of our public meetings (Current meeting date: Wednesday at 6:15pm, in SRZ5) and you can jump right in. If you don't want to completely immerse yourself, you might also be interested in taking over a counter duty at the math party or advising first-year students as a tutor during orientation week. For this we are always looking for students in advance, just get in touch with us via email.
