In 2010, a central complaints office was set up at the University of Münster to deal with problems in the organisation of studies.

However, some problems are not always of a structural and interdisciplinary nature, but are better solved directly at the Faculties.

For example, you may find that compulsory courses (of the same ideal semester) overlap, you have not been allocated a place in a seminar, examinations have not been corrected within the appropriate deadline or the workload in certain semesters is simply too high.

If you encounter such or similar problems in the course of your studies, you can contact us at any time and we will try to help you quickly and without a lot of bureaucracy if possible. (It is of course helpful if you contact us as soon as possible and do not wait until the semester has already started or several weeks have passed since the publication of the course catalogue, for example, in the case of lecture overlaps).
