Studying at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science

Other degree programmes

All other degree programmes offered by the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science are taught in German.

In particular, you need proven German knowledge at the level DSH-2 or equivalent.

Exception: For the BSc Mathematik it is sufficient to prove German language skills at the level of DSH-1. In that case, however, further language courses must be taken as part of the "General Studies".

Please note: These degree programmes are not offered by the Faculty 10 (Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science).

  • If you are interested in the English MSc Information Systems: This is offered by the Department of Information Systems at   Faculty 04 (School of Business and Economics). If you have any questions on this degree programme, please contact the corresponding study adviser from the Department of Information Systems.
  • If you are interested in the English MSc Geoinformatics: This is offered by the Institute for Geoinformatics at  Faculty 14 (Faculty of Geosciences). If you have any questions on this degree programme, please contact the corresponding study advisers from the Institute for Geoinformatics.
