An Individual Development Plan (IDP) serves as a roadmap to direct you through the complexities of your personal, academic and career development. This peer-assisted workshop focuses on key aspects of the development planning process, providing a structured, supportive, and motivating framework to set and achieve meaningful goals. Have you documented your goals and progress in a clear, actionable way? Do you hold regular check-ins with peers or your supervisor to discuss your goals and achievements? If any of these questions resonate with you, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to gain clarity, structure, focus, and progress in your development journey.
