The Institute of Sport and Exercise Sciences welcomes students and lecturers from all around the world.

Welcome to the Institute of Sport and Exercise Sciences!

With this homepage we offer you the opportunity to get all the information you need to complete your studies successfully. Whatever your chosen career is, you will find all fields of study programs such as Bachelor and Master programs. We offer a wide range of subjects, which can be combined. Our degree courses mostly take place in German, however, we do also employ some foreign lecturers and some courses are in English.

We provide a range of opportunities for both local students and staff to study or work abroad and likewise welcome international students and staff to the Institute of Sport and Exercise Sciences. The B.Sc. Sport Science allows international students to combine the study of Sports while developing their German language and communication skills.

The University´s ERASMUS and International Exchange program enables students from our partner universities to apply to complete part of their studies here in Muenster. A study abroad program for students outside of the European Union whose university do not have a partnership agreement with Muenster is also in place.

Courses in englisch at the Institute of Sport and Exercise Sciences

Choice of courses - before you come to Münster

For your choice of the courses, you will receive a table with the current offer of the Department of Sports and Exercise Science by e-mail from the Service-Center Sport and Exercise Science. Using this table, you complete your Table A of the Learning Agreement and return it to the Service-Center. After this, the appropriate courses will be assigned and the Table A of the Learning Agreement will be signed. You can reach out to the Service-Center via their e-mail adres or during their opening hours servicecentersport@uni-muenster.de.

In Münster

After the first week at the University of Münster, you will be asked to inform the Service-Center about your matriculation number, as well as the courses you have actually taken. This information is then entered in the HisLsf portal by the Service-Center .
During the semester at the University of Münster, you have to submit Table A2 to the Service-Center in order to have this signed.
Additional you have to reach in the concluded Transcript of Records for the registration of the exams.
