Last year, the first Germany-wide representative survey on the sport and exercise behaviour of children and young people in over ten years was conducted by researchers from the IfS together with the German Sports Youth, funded by the BMFSFJ, as part of the Move for Health project. On 22/23 February, the results were presented to the political, scientific and practitioner public in Berlin as part of an expert hearing. The German Sports Youth has therefore sent out a press release and a brochure in which the most important facts, figures and results are presented in a way that the general public can understand.
In addition to PD Dr Dennis Dreiskämper as project leader, Prof Neuber as co-leader of a sub-project and Dr Lena Henning as project coordinator are also involved in the overall project from the Münster side.
