For a successful application for a doctoral scholarship, e.g. from the German "Begabtenförderungswerke", you need a convincing and well-founded research proposal. In this workshop, you will use practical writing methods and friendly feedback to develop the core of your research project and start writing your research outline.

You will also receive information on the central components, structure options and objectives of the research proposal as well as on a strong language that convinces research funders.

This event will be held in German.

Lecturer: Dr. Eva-Maria Lerche, writing teacher and systemic writing coach, introductory impulse: Linda Dieks, SAFIR research funding support

Target group: The workshop is aimed at doctoral candidates and students interested in a doctorate from all disciplines who are currently planning to apply for a doctoral scholarship

Prerequisite for participation: Before registering, please check whether you meet the formal requirements of your potential scholarship provider (e.g. very good academic performance, voluntary work). In order to participate in the workshop, you should already have a confirmation of supervision from a professor at the University of Münster or at least be in contact with a potential supervisor.
