Panel discussion on the topic of "Women in pharmaceutical leadership positions"

On 30 October 2025, PharmaCampus will host its fourth discussion evening on the topic of ‘Women in pharmaceutical leadership positions’, to which all interested female students and female (post)doctoral candidates are cordially invited. 

The background to this evening is the significant underrepresentation of women in pharmaceutical leadership positions. We would therefore like to create a platform where we can discuss possible reasons and solutions together. Our goal is to offer future female professionals in pharmacy inspiration and motivation to achieve their own goals.

The discussion evening offers the opportunity to meet three successful women from different pharmaceutical fields (university, public pharmacy and science) who will share their own experiences and insights. They will talk about their career paths, report on challenges and give tips on how to balance family and career.
