Insights into goals and interim results of the ENGAGE joint project

In a guest article published today by the Berlin Institute for Participation, ZIN staff member Lena Siepker reports on the goals and interim results of the collaborative project "ENGAGE - Engagement for Sustainable Common Good", which is being conducted at ZIN in cooperation with the Institute for Ecological Economy Research and the Öko-Institut e.V..
The research project is dedicated to the question of how the promotion of sustainable common good can succeed through engagement and citizen participation. In the article, you will learn why the common good can no longer be thought of without sustainable development, who is engaged or involved in which structures in Germany, and how it will be investigated which factors positively influence the common good potential of engagement and participation.
