Zoom is the video conferencing system used at WWU. It provides video telephony and online chat services through a cloud-based peer-to-peer software platform and is used for teleconferencing, telework, distance learning, and social connections. It is a service that allows users to participate in online video conferences in HD quality via a desktop or smartphone app, via a web interface, by phone, or via a conference room system.
