The client software KeyAccess must be installed in order to start software on the computers of the IVVNWZ. On computers that are members of the Windows domain NWZ, the client is installed automatically. If this client is not installed, the software does not start and the following error message appears:


To resolve this problem, contact your local administrator. Administrators will find installation instructions here.

Since there are only limited licenses available for many software, it may happen that no license is free for you when you call up a software program. In this case a message will appear with the following message:



As soon as a license becomes available for you, you will be informed by the following message:


If you click on "Reserve", the released license will be reserved for you. If you do not start the program within five minutes, the license will be released again.
