Information about entry into Germany, corona regulations and quarantine:
Please regularly check all information regarding entry restrictions, corona regulations and quarantine with the official authorities (German Embassy, State of NRW, your local German health authority)! The regulations are currently changing frequently and within a short time.
If you have questions regarding quarantine, please contact the health authority of your place of residence in Germany. Here you can find the contact details of your local health authority.

Office hours für international prospective students:

Due to the measures taken against the spread of the Corona virus, we do not offer face-to-face consultation. However, we would be happy to advise you virtually, by phone and e-mail.

  • Telephone consultation hours: Every Tuesday from 11 am to 1 pm we gladly advise you telephone. Just give us a call: +49 251 83-22004
  • Virtual consultation hour: From 18.06.2020, we offer a virtual consultation hour every Thursday from 11 am to 1 pm, for which you do not need an appointment. You need a stable internet connection, a microphone and a webcam. You can find the waiting room here. You will be called into the conversation when it is your turn.
  • Virtual consultation by individual appointments: please call or send us an email.

Open online consultation hours: Tuesdays,  2 p.m. - 5 p.m. (Consultation hours are cancelled on 8 and 15 September)

You need an internet connection, a microphone and a camera. You do not need to register to enter the online consultation. You will be taken to a "waiting room" and will be called into the conversation when it is your turn.
