Create a new document

There are several ways to create a new document:

Creating a document via the rubric settings

Click on "Structure" - "Rubrics" to access the rubric structure. Click on the 3 dots next to the rubric in which you want to create a new document and select "Create new document" there.

Standard method

In the standard Imperia method, select "Create new document" in the Imperia menu under "Documents". Here, in the next step, you select the category to which the new page should be assigned and then click on "Create new document" in the upper right corner.

Copy via OCE

It becomes even easier if the new website has similar content to an already existing website and is to be created in the same section. Then it is sufficient to display the already existing web page and click on "Copy" in the OCE bar. With this variant all entries of the existing web page are taken over and must be overwritten by you. Also in the editor area all modules are taken over from the template.
