Creating a new web page

Before a new web page can be created, the position in the web page navigation where the web page is to be inserted must be selected. This also permanently assigns the associated document to a rubric, since the navigation and rubric structures depend on each other.

The web page generation process is otherwise always the same:

1. Create new document
2. Enter meta information
3. Insert content
4. Publish documents
