Office 365: Backup OneDrive Data

When switching between the DrVis and the Microsoft-Azure license, users of OneDrive are recommended to locally backup their respective data and to then migrate it to the new account.

    Copy the relevant files from your OneDrive folder to your newly created local backup folder.

    Switching licenses

    After removing your old OneDrive account you can add your new account using your credentials, the Microsoft Azure ID WWU-ID@on.wwu.de and the password you have set. you can For general instructions on how to add your new account to the Microsoft Office 365 products, please consult the section on switching licenses. You can now migrate data from your backup to the new account.
