indico

Service:  Indico (Integrated Digital Conference) is an open source web application for organizing events of various sizes - from internal meetings to international conferences. Indico was developed by CERN under the MIT license and is the successor system to Uni.banking.

News: The payment function "on account/bank transfer" has been implemented and is activated analogously to credit card payment.

Data protection: The organizers are responsible for data protection and the corresponding deletion of participant lists, photos and other documents that are no longer required.

  10/2023: Indico has been successfully updated. The instructions have been updated.

  10/2022: Under the instructions you will now find a link for Indico entry including Videos.

  01/2022: A new user documentation for events with payment functions is available. The overview of the interaction of the systems including a diagram is new. All other chapters have also been updated.

  08/2021: Since mid-July, there has been a link for the University Münster payments Cockpit for all organisers who use a payment function: https://www.uni-muenster.de/uv/wwupayment/orga. Here you log in with your university ID so that all your created or authorised events are visible.

  Please do not use any special characters in the registration form, e.g. "" in the field name (legend) will lead to an error.
