I enrolled in a teacher training degree at another university. It was not classified as a bachelor's degree program. Can I still claim my ECTS as well?
We will try our best to transfer as many of your admissible ECTS (within protestant theology) as possible. Please contact the faculty advisor with any questions or inquiries that may arise.

I have successfully completed modules within protestant theology at another institution. Will the ECTS be alloted in Münster?
Yes. The extent of any recognition will depend on individual circumstances. Make an appointment with the faculty advisory to discuss further matters.

Can I claim credits from my studies abroad, independently of any exchange program, at the faculty of protestant theology?
We will try our best to transfer as many of your admissible ECTS as possible. Please contact the student advisory before your transfer to Münster to ensure that we can handle all claims of credits sensibly and ahead of time.

Which documents do I have to provide in order to transfer to Münster?
We require you hand in a transcript of records frrom your former place of study. These records may vary in document form, depending on which university you attended. Additionally, you require a formal record of recognition which allows the placement of any student to enter the respective program at a later stage. Any student can receive theirs from the faculty advisory.

When can I claim the ECTS for my previous required coursework/ my degree-relevant examination?
Any student can claim their previously acquired ECTS as soon as they are enrolled in the subject of protestant theology.
