Nadine Konrad has been supporting the Käte Hamburger Kolleg ‘Legal Unity and Pluralism’ as a management assistant and in event management since June 2021. Here she coordinates internal processes, supervises academic events and contributes her organisational strengths to the work of the Kolleg.

Her career path led her from studying mathematics and history at the University of Münster to the world of organisation and administration. During her training as an office management assistant, she discovered her passion for efficient processes and teamwork. She gained her first practical experience as a secretary at the Department of History at the University of Münster, where she gained extensive insights into university administrative work. In order to expand her skills in a targeted manner, she completed the University Management (H2) qualification course at the University of Münster's Professional School while working.
