Social Skills Course
Experience and understand social skills.

With the Social Skills Course, CeSoS has developed an interactive format for self-awareness and reflection on social skills. Before completing the course, students fill out various self-assessment forms about their social skills. They then complete a course with short, everyday interaction scenarios in which they experience different social encounters and test their behavior.

The subsequent feedback refers both to the results of the self-reports and to the external assessments of their behavior in the exercises. This gives participants a differentiated picture of their strengths and areas for development and enables them to work specifically on further developing their skills.

Project status

The Social Skills Course has been in the planning and piloting phase since 2025. In the future, the Social Skills Course will be open not only to students but also to external interested parties. The concept is being continuously tested and further developed.
